MUMBAI, India, June 24 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411094249 A) filed by Chandigarh Group Of Colleges on November 30, 2024, for Portable Water Storing Assistive Device.

Inventors include Dr. Manoj Semwal; Komalpreet Kaur; and Harshvardhan Singh.

The application for the patent was published on June 12, 2026, under issue no. 24/2026.

Abstract: A portable water storing assistive device, comprises of a body 101 developed to be positioned on a ground surface, multiple wheels 113 arranged underneath the body 101 to move the body 101 for positioning in proximity to a waterbody, a pressure pump 105 to create a negative pressure in the chamber 102, in view of allowing water from the waterbody to get extracted via the conduit 103, a membrane filter sheet 106 for filtering any impurities of the extracted water, to collect the filtered water in the chamber 102, a touch interactive display panel 107 for displaying temperature of the collected water, a duct 108 configured with a circular disc 109 to store water, multiple Peltier units to provide an optimum heating/cooling effect on the water as per the user’s requirements, and multiple electronically controlled nozzle 110 to spray an appropriate pressurized flow of heated/cooled water from the duct 108.
