Abstract: A computer-implemented system for predictive portfolio management and automated risk simulation is disclosed. The system architecture comprises a secure application programming interface (API) layer configured to receive user portfolio data, and an application service layer orchestrating data flow among a machine learning engine, a crash simulation engine, and external market data sources. The machine learning engine applies linear regression and random forest algorithms to historical financial data to generate predictive asset performance metrics and risk models. Concurrently, the crash simulation engine executes Monte Carlo simulations and stress-testing protocols to quantify maximum potential loss and portfolio drawdown under extreme, hypothetical market volatility. The system fiirther includes a reporting engine for the automated generation of graphical risk visualizations, and an inmemory caching layer operating in conjunction with a persistent database to optimize the lowlatency processing and retrieval of high-frequency financial and simulation data.
