An example method for wireless communications by an apparatus includes obtaining one or more channel state information reference signals (CSI-RSs) associated with a plurality of spatial-domain (SD) bases or a plurality of antenna ports at a network entity; and sending precoding feedback for a future precoding feedback reporting time window based at least in part on the one or more CSI-RSs, the precoding feedback comprising an indication of one or more Doppler frequency offsets for each SD basis of the plurality of SD bases or for each antenna port of the plurality of antenna ports.
