Abstract: Abstract Predictive Food Quality Estimation and Intelligent Cooking Control System A predictive food quality estimation and intelligent cooking control system is disclosed for monitoring and regulating cooking operations based on estimated food quality characteristics. The system comprises a temperature sensing unit, a processing unit, a predictive food quality estimation engine, a heating control module, and a communication interface. Thermal data acquired during cooking are processed to generate dynamic thermal profiles representing cooking behavior. The predictive food quality estimation engine analyzes the thermal profiles to estimate food quality parameters including cooking completion level, crispness index, moisture reduction state, thermal uniformity, and burn risk. Based on the estimated food quality parameters, the system autonomously regulates operation of a heating element to achieve desired cooking outcomes. The system further predicts remaining cooking duration and provides real-time visualization of operational information through a user interface. The invention enables consistent food quality, improved energy utilization, enhanced safety, and reduced user intervention compared with conventional temperature-controlled cooking systems.
