Abstract: A predictive pain suppression wearable system (100) is disclosed. The system (100) comprises a wearable substrate (110) configured to be worn on a body region of a user, and a sensing module (120) integrated within the wearable substrate (110). The sensing module (120) includes at least one inertial measurement unit and at least one electromyography sensor configured to generate real-time biomechanical data corresponding to movement and muscle activity. An edge-processing unit (130) is operatively coupled to the sensing module (120) and is configured to analyse the biomechanical data, generate a habitual movement profile, and detect a pain precursor signature based on deviation from the habitual movement profile. A neuromodulation interface (140) delivers controlled therapeutic stimulation, and a power management module (150) supplies power. The edge-processing unit (130) autonomously activates the neuromodulation interface (140) to deliver pre-emptive neuromodulation stimuli, thereby suppressing pain prior to conscious perception and improving therapeutic effectiveness, responsiveness, and user comfort.
