The application for the patent was published on July 24, 2026, under issue no. 30/2026.

Abstract: Abstract Designed to improve urban movement and streamline inefficiencies, the invention describes an intelligent and cloud enabled traffic prediction along with dynamic rerouting system. The system incorporates an entire ecosystem of IoT devices such as connected vehicles and environmental sensors to collect and retrieve fine granularity real-time traffic data The collected data is then filtered, and noise is removed at the edge data centre before being sent to the cloud. In the cloud, machine learning and temporal neural networks along with graph traffic models and hybrid spatiotemporal algorithms synthesize historical and current datasets to predict and identify patterns of congestion, construction, traffic and events Mills and the traffic engines then reroute trips by anticipating and to make updates proactively. Along with the user traffic coordination applications and interfaces is a traffic real time adaptive management engine which warns and suggest alternate routes to optimize trips to minimize delays. The system increased efficiency, enhanced situational awareness and delays, efficiency and situational awareness of the development of the system as well as urban mobility networks to support the development of the system, developed smarter and safer and more resilient.
