Abstract: Early identification of diseases is essential for improving treatment outcomes and lowering healthcare expenses. This study presents an AI-enabled disease prediction system that merges Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) methods to detect two major health conditions: heart disease and skin disease. The application operates through a web interface, allowing users to enter clinical parameters for cardiac assessment and upload skin images for dermatological evaluation. FastAPI is used for backend processing, offering lightweight and efficient RESTful communication, while React.js powers the interactive frontend. The heart disease model applies a Random Forest Classifier, reaching an accuracy of nearly 88%, with a precision of 0.87 and recall of 0.86. The platform provides fast, easy-to-interpret predictions within seconds, emphasizing usability and scalability. Overall, this work demonstrates how AI-driven prediction models can be integrated with modern web technologies to enhance awareness and support early, preliminary health assessment.
