The product has a high amount of nutrients, acts as a form of preserved nutritive product for seasonal fruits, and has a longer shelf life. It uses natural preserving agents and is devoid of any synthetic preservatives. The present disclosure also relates to the process of preparing premix compositions for a citrus product. The process of the present disclosure is simple and eco-friendly.
