System comprising platform application for client and merchant connected to platform server through mobile internet, internet or Wifi. Method includes platform application assigning unique identification to a client registered, platform server configured to generate dynamic 2D matrix code on client smartphone and store secretkey , the registered merchant platform application on smartphone or desktop configured to scan dynamic 2D matrix code using digital data capture device ,authenticate by transmitting to platform server which decrypts using the secret key, allowing the client to write review on platform application only after authentication, the review written redacting the personal information of client, throughput encrypted and being done in real-time.
