Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION At present, shop floor production metrics such as output quantities, machine delays, and manpower allocations are heavily reliant on manual paper logs. Administrative staff must manually transcribe these tally sheets into Excel matrices to prepare daily reports. This process becomes tedious, prone to transcription errors, and creates a significant time-lag in decision-making. The complexity and inefficiency are reduced by incorporating a digital ecosystem using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. By capturing data directly from operators via a mobile interface, storing it securely in a cloud database, and automating the backend data routing, the system instantly prepares official MIS reports and eliminates non-value-added administrative activities.
