MUMBAI, India, Nov. 2 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202521119077 A) filed by Bigbiologicals Pioneer Private Limited on November 28, 2025, for Programmable, Multi-Phase Enacpsulations Enabling Synergistic Amf–pochonia Spp.–bacillus Spp. Deployment For Plant-Parasitic Nematode Suppression.

Inventors include Sunil Kurchania; and Shweta Meshram.

The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.

Abstract: PROGRAMMABLE, MULTI-PHASE ENACPSULATIONS ENABLING SYNERGISTIC AMF–POCHONIA SPP.–BACILLUS SPP. DEPLOYMENT FOR PLANT-PARASITIC NEMATODE SUPPRESSION The present invention provides a novel multi compartment, timed release bioformulation designed for sustainable management of root-knot nematodes and improvement of overall, plant growth. The present invention overcomes the challenge of incompatibility between AMF and biocontrol microbes such as Bacillus spp. and Pochania spp. by physically separating them into biocompatible, stability enhancing biopolymer, thereby maintaining viability and preventing antagonism. The formulation provides improved shelf life, field stability, and higher nematode suppression efficacy compared with single- microbe products and conventional mixtures. The technology is suitable for BSL-1 and 2 laboratory and field use, and addresses the need for eco-friendly, integrated soil health solutions at field level.
