Abstract: ABSTRACT The present disclosure relates to a property price prediction system (102) for generating a predicted property price value. The system (102) includes a hardware processor (104), a display interface (106), a data storage device (114), and a dedicated convergence detection circuit (108) having a hardware comparator (110) and a coefficient register (112). The hardware processor (104) receives a housing dataset from the data storage device (114) and executes parallel regression computations, writing generated coefficient values to the coefficient register (112). The hardware comparator (110) monitors a delta value between current and preceding coefficient values, latching the coefficient register (112) when the delta value falls below convergence threshold and generating a termination signal producing a converged regression output. The hardware processor (104) selects an optimal regression model parameter set based on coefficient of determination and mean absolute error values, generating a predicted property price output signal on the display interface (106).
