Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention discloses a composite consumer wellness product comprising four integrated components: (1) a tobacco-free smokeable herbal stick containing controlled-dose nicotine in the range of 0.5mg to 1mg per stick per stick, composed of organic herbs including Tulsi, Spearmint, Chamomile, Mullein, and/or Lavender, with nicotine in synthetic or naturally extracted form; (2) a removable food-grade protective filter membrane; (3) an edible protein supplement bud containing a minimum of 2 grams of protein per unit, composed of food-grade plant-based protein isolates or concentrates; and (4) a removable food-grade BPA-free plastic cap that protects the bud and is repurposed as a miniature ashtray. This version contains nicotine at below-therapeutic-threshold levels, intentionally designed for classification as a herbal wellness consumer product under FSSAI regulations, enabling faster market entry, lower compliance costs, and mass market distribution. The consumer usage ritual is: Remove cap, Smoke, Use cap as ashtray, Peel filter, Eat the protein bud. The product is designed for distribution through existing cigarette retail channels and does not contain tobacco. It addresses an unmet need at the intersection of harm reduction, controlled nicotine delivery, functional nutrition, and consumer ritual behaviour in the Indian market.
