The application for the patent was published on June 12, 2026, under issue no. 24/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a Psychological Manipulation and Emotional Intent Detection Engine designed to identify manipulative and emotionally harmful communication patterns in digital conversations. The system analyzes messages received through messaging platforms using artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and behavioral pattern analysis techniques. Incoming messages are first extracted and preprocessed, after which multiple analytical modules including intent detection, toxicity analysis, and behavior escalation analysis are applied to evaluate the communication content. The outputs of these modules are combined to generate a manipulation risk score that indicates the likelihood of psychological manipulation or emotional harm. When the risk level exceeds a predefined threshold, the system activates a response and safety layer that generates alerts, highlights risky messages, and provides safety guidance or support resources. The invention improves digital communication safety by enabling early detection of manipulative behaviors and assisting users in recognizing potentially harmful interaction.
