An adjustable mounting system (102) allows secure installation and customization of height and projection from the mounting surface. A number of independently rotating grip handles (103) is included, each comprising an outer cylindrical grip surface (103a), a low-friction bearing mechanism (103b) for 360-degree rotation, and an attachment bracket (103c) with structural reinforcement.
