The method includes receiving (702) raw cell level data via a Microcontroller Unit (MCU) (103), generating (704) feature vectors, and estimating (706) a State of Health (SoH) parameter for each cell using a Quantum processing unit. A Quantum machine learning model classifies (708) each cell into a health class or fault type. The system identifies (710) cell imbalance based on comparisons with a pre calculated average value and determines (712) corrective actions via an Electronic Control Unit (ECU). The ECU then actuates (714) balancing, protection, or isolation operations on the battery pack and vehicle subsystems. The approach provides intelligent, quantum enhanced diagnostics and optimized control for improved battery safety, lifespan, and performance.
