The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a quantum diamond system for real-time subcellular electrodynamic mapping using nitrogen-vacancy (NV) center quantum sensing. The system comprises an NV-center nano-diamond sensing matrix, an optical excitation network, a photoluminescence acquisition module, and a Physics-Informed Neural Operator (PINO) configured to reconstruct intracellular bio-magnetic vector fields. Schrödinger-equation-constrained optimization preserves quantum coherence during reconstruction, while an adaptive quantum decoherence compensation engine dynamically stabilizes noisy sensing signals under room-temperature conditions. The system generates real-time three-dimensional intracellular electromagnetic maps representing ion-channel activity, neural propagation, and cellular bioelectric interactions. The invention enables non-invasive adaptive quantum biomedical imaging with improved sensing stability, enhanced subcellular magnetic resolution, and real-time intracellular electrodynamic reconstruction suitable for neuroscience, precision diagnostics, oncology, and advanced biomedical sensing applications.
