Abstract: The present invention relates to a quantum machine learning-based autonomous cyber defence system for protecting digital infrastructures against evolving cybersecurity threats. The system comprises a cyber telemetry acquisition module, a quantum data preprocessing engine, a quantum feature encoding module, a quantum machine learning inference engine, a cyber intelligence knowledge repository, a threat correlation engine, an autonomous response controller, a cloud orchestration platform, a secure communication framework, and an administrative interface. The system continuously acquires cybersecurity information from networks, cloud environments, endpoint devices, applications, industrial systems, and connected devices, and processes the acquired information using quantum- enhanced machine learning techniques to identify malicious behavior, predict cyber attacks, and assess security risks. The invention autonomously executes defensive actions including endpoint isolation, network segmentation, firewall policy adaptation, and access restriction while continuously updating cybersecurity intelligence through adaptive learning. Secure cloud-based management, encrypted communication, audit logging, and distributed orchestration enable scalable deployment, improved threat detection accuracy, rapid incident response, enhanced cyber resilience, and continuous protection of enterprise digital infrastructures.
