Abstract: A pure quantum simulation system is designed for predicting environmental parameters. The system includes a quantum engine for processing input data through quantum circuits and a prediction module for generating predictions from quantum measurements. It features a domain-partitioned quantum encoding module that partitions input features into independent quantum circuits aligned with physics variable groupings. The system employs a hardware-efficient ansatz with a reduced- depth quantum circuit architecture and a physics-informed quantum gate to encode physical laws. Predictions are generated from Pauli-Z expectation value measurements, and a layerwise quantum balanced training module ensures gradient stability. The system is capable of processing climate reanalysis data spanning multiple decades for diverse ocean domains. FIG 01.
