Abstract: ABSTRACT TITLE: RAN-INTEGRATED UAV SURVEILLANCE CONTROLLER AND MULTI-TIER SAFETY ALERT SYSTEM A radio access network integrated unmanned aerial vehicle surveillance controller and multi-tier safety alert system (100) for fifth generation wireless networks is disclosed. The system (100) comprises a RAN interface module (110) implemented as a field-programmable gate array within a fifth generation base station, a surveillance controller module (120) orchestrating sensing resource allocation based on network load and threat priority, a sensor fusion and target tracking module (130) aggregating measurements from multiple sensing nodes, a threat assessment and classification module (140) evaluating targets against geofence boundaries and classifying four graduated threat levels using behavioral anomaly detection, a safety alert generation and dissemination module (150) routing prioritized alerts to stakeholders through multiple channels, and an adaptive feedback control loop (180) with a policy enforcement engine optimizing resource allocation. The system (100) operates as a hardware-accelerated native network function, eliminating dedicated radar infrastructure while providing persistent aerial surveillance with automated alerting.
