Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a real-time AI-based breast cancer detection system integrating machine learning, Raspberry Pi embedded processing, thermal imaging, visual image capture, and IoT physiological sensors for early and portable breast cancer screening. The system captures thermal patterns, breast surface images, body temperature, pulse rate, and related health parameters using thermal and high-resolution cameras along with sensor modules. The acquired data is preprocessed and analyzed using a TensorFlow Lite-based machine learning model trained on medical datasets such as the Breast Cancer Wisconsin Diagnostic Dataset to classify tumors as benign or malignant. The system performs edge processing directly on the Raspberry Pi for rapid decision-making and activates alerts through a buzzer and cloud notifications for high-risk cases. A mobile or web dashboard enables patient record storage, remote monitoring, and doctor access, making the system suitable for rural and low-resource healthcare environments.
