Abstract: ABSTRACT REAL-TIME COLLABORATIVE CODE SHARING AND EXECUTION PLATFORM WITH INTEGRATED MULTI-LANGUAGE COMPILER USING WEBSOCKET COMMUNICATION The present invention discloses a real-time collaborative code sharing and execution platform (100) comprising a client- side application module (110) with Monaco Editor-based code editor interface component (112), a server-side processing module (120) with session management component (122), a WebSocket communication module (130) using Socket.io for bidirectional real-time communication, and a code execution engine module (140) interfacing with Piston API. The platform enables multiple geographically dispersed developers to simultaneously edit code in a shared workspace with instantaneous synchronization through WebSocket protocol, achieving latency under 50 milliseconds. The integrated code execution engine supports compilation and execution of multiple programming languages including Python, JavaScript, C++, and Java with response times of 1.2 to 1.5 seconds. The room-based session management through unique Room IDs provides secure collaboration. The invention addresses the gap in existing tools by combining real-time collaboration with integrated code execution in a unified web-based platform. [
