Abstract: A real-time fault diagnosis and isolation circuit for industrial motor protection applications is disclosed. The system includes a sensing module configured to continuously monitor electrical, thermal, and mechanical operating parameters associated with an industrial motor. A signal conditioning circuit processes acquired sensor data and transmits the processed data to a processing and diagnostic module configured to perform real-time fault analysis and classification. The system identifies abnormal operating conditions including overcurrent, overheating, phase imbalance, insulation degradation, bearing wear, and mechanical faults. A fault isolation circuit selectively disconnects affected electrical pathways or motor subsystems to prevent equipment damage and operational disruption. The system further includes transient fault discrimination functionality, predictive maintenance capability, self-diagnostic operations, and industrial communication interfaces for remote monitoring and supervisory integration. The disclosed invention improves operational safety, minimizes downtime, enhances equipment reliability, and supports intelligent industrial motor protection in demanding industrial environments.
