Abstract: A real-time neural style transfer system for stylizing images and videos, comprising an input interface 101 receives at least one content input, and to receive at least one style reference image, a preprocessing module 102 resizes and normalizes the content input and the style reference image to generate model-ready tensors, a style transfer inference module 103 comprising a lightweight feed-forward neural network performs arbitrary style transfer to blend content features and style features, a model caching module 104 retains the style transfer inference module 103 in memory 109 across user interactions to reduce reload latency, a real-time processing pipeline 105 applies the style transfer inference module 103 to the still image to generate a stylized image output, a style control module 106 adjusts at least one stylization parameter, and an output module 107 renders a preview and export the stylized image output and/or stylized video output in a downloadable format.
