MUMBAI, India, July 24 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641084892 A) filed by Vellore Institute Of Technology on July 10, 2026, for Real-Time Thyroid Endocrine Regulation System Using Physiological State Synchronization And Adaptive Physiological Control.

Inventors include Jayashree; Mohammed Yacoob B A; and Dr Vijayashree J.

The application for the patent was published on July 17, 2026, under issue no. 29/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a real-time endocrine regulation system (100). The system (100) comprises a wearable physiological sensing interface configured to receive physiological information, a clinical data interface configured to receive endocrine-related clinical information, and a patient state modelling and digital twin layer configured to generate a synchronized physiological state representation using the received information. The system (100) further comprises a sequential decision optimization model configured to generate physiological regulation decisions, a reinforcement learning core configured to update regulation policies based on physiological response information, an outcome-based evaluation module configured to generate outcome evaluation data, an explainable artificial intelligence module configured to determine physiological factors contributing to generated decisions, and a continuous learning and policy update engine configured to refine regulation policies. A processing unit generates physiological regulation outputs based on updated regulation policies within a continuous feedback-driven endocrine regulation architecture.
