MUMBAI, India, Nov. 2 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611110337 A) filed by Chandigarh University on September 14, 2026, for Reconfigurable Magnetoplasmonic Sensor System With Embedded Control For Adaptive Resonance Detection.
Inventors include Ruby; and Nupur Aggarwal.
The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.
Abstract: The invention relates to nano-optical sensing and provides a reconfigurable magnetoplasmonic sensor system integrating a plasmonic nano-antenna array (120) with a magnetic thin film (130) to generate a hybrid resonance response. A resonance detection module (140) captures optical or electrical resonance signals associated with refractive-index variation and applied magnetic fields. A processor unit (150) with memory (152) executes embedded control software for filtering, normalization, drift removal, AI/ML-based noise suppression, adaptive calibration, gain adjustment and bias correction. Environmental drift or anomalies can cause the processor (150) to update calibration models and repeat processing. Calibrated results are transmitted through an output interface (160). The system is enclosed by a protective housing (180) and powered by a power supply (170), and can be configured for biomedical detection, optical communication or terahertz security scanning.
