Abstract: The present disclosure provides processing of sepsis data to generate a phenotype-specific guidance signal. The system (100) includes a memory (102) storing an A- SCOPE classifier (102-2) derived from a regional sepsis-registry cohort (202) and defining four phenotypes (i-Alpha, i-Beta, i-Gamma, and i-Delta), and a phenotype- guidance data structure (102-4) linking each of the four phenotypes to a clinical-guidance recommendation. A classification engine (104-2) assigns an input feature vector admitted through an input interface (106) to one of the four phenotypes through a Mahalanobis-distance comparison against cluster centroids (218). A guidance retriever (104-4) extracts the clinical-guidance recommendation linked to the assigned phenotype, which is issued through an output interface (108) as the phenotype- specific guidance signal to a clinical decision-support platform (110). Unlike conventional systems that focus on generic mortality prediction using domain-agnostic datasets, the present approach utilizes localized epidemiological signatures to deliver precision therapeutics tailored to an indigenous clinical spectrum.
