Abstract: RepairGo is a scalable and smart home service booking platform that will significantly increase the efficiency of on-demand repair services, their reliability, and user- friendliness. The system combines the latest technologies such as Machine Learning, real-time tracking, and the digital payment system to offer a smooth and automated ecosystem of service provision. It combats major shortcomings of conventional service models including slow subsequently available allocation of technicians, absence of transparency, ineffective pricing and mediocre communication among the stakeholders. The platform will allow customers to make service requests, including specifying the service category and location, urgency, and descriptions.
