The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a replaceable mineralizing rod system for mineralizing drinking water. The system comprises a perforated mineral rod holder/cage (102) and a replaceable dissolvable mineral rod (103) removably received therein. The mineral rod (103) comprises predetermined proportions of calcium, magnesium and potassium salts and a binder selected from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), microcrystalline cellulose (MCC), and combinations thereof. Water enters the holder/cage (102) through perforations and contacts the mineral rod (103), thereby dissolving the mineral constituents into the water. An optional slow-dissolution outer coating (105) controls water exposure and dissolution rate. A rod mounting slot (104) and retaining clip (106) facilitate removal and replacement of the mineral rod (103). The system provides portable mineralization of purified water without electrical power or external treatment equipment.
