Inventors include Prof. Dr. Gajanan Pandurang Patil; Mr. Yogesh Bhaurao Desale; Dr. Vidya Gajanan Patil; Dr. Indira Rajesing Girase; Dr. Yuvraj Meghraj Pawar; and Mr. Bhaskar Suresh Khairnar.

The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.

Abstract: A report-conditioned multimodal crisis verification and dynamic response system is disclosed. A communication module receives a crisis report and derives event and location parameters. A verification-parameter generator determines a camera-selection parameter, spatial verification parameter, temporal verification parameter, and expected visual signature. Visual information is selectively acquired and analyzed to determine observed visual characteristics. An evidence reconciliation module determines consistency between the expected visual signature and observed characteristics, and a confidence module and crisis-state engine determine a current event state. A dynamic priority module assigns or modifies response priority, and a response module generates and transmits an authorized response. A re-verification module subsequently acquires and analyzes further visual information and dynamically updates confidence, crisis state, priority, or response. The invention provides targeted report-conditioned visual verification and closed-loop crisis reassessment while reducing unnecessary processing of unrelated visual information.
