In some examples, based on the UE capability, a network entity may schedule the UE to transmit or receive FL messages, BL messages, CW signals, uplink messages, and/or downlink messages simultaneously or at different times via paired or unpaired carriers. In some examples, based on the UE capability, the UE may drop transmission or reception of one or more FL messages, BL messages, CW signals, uplink messages, and/or downlink messages.
