Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first source network entity may obtain an indication from a user equipment (UE) that a lower-layer trigger mobility (LTM) procedure has occurred, where the UE transferred a communication session from a second source network entity to the first source network entity. The first source network entity may output one or more access notifications to one or more candidate network entities, and obtain from at least one of the one or more candidate network entities, one or more updated configuration indications. The one or more updated configuration indications indicate updated LTM mobility procedure information at one or more of the one or more candidate network entities. In some examples, one or more candidate network entities, an anchor network entity, or a combination thereof may obtain and output access notifications and updated configuration indications.
