Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a resource configuration method and apparatus, which are applied to the technical field of communications. The method comprises: a network device sends first configuration information to a terminal device, the first configuration information being used for indicating a resource position of an SBFD region; the network device sends first scheduling information to the terminal device, the first scheduling information being used for indicating a resource position of a first channel; and the network device and the terminal device transmit the first channel on the basis of the first configuration information and the first scheduling information. In this way, a resource allocation method adapted to an SBFD technology can be realized, and then on the basis of the first configuration information and the first scheduling information, the terminal device and the network device transmit a PUSCH on a corresponding uplink resource, or transmit a PDSCH on a corresponding downlink resource, so that the effectiveness of resource configuration can be ensured.
