A retrieval module executes optimized searches across an updated knowledge repository to extract scored healthcare evidence. A natural language generation module synthesizes an initial response draft using this evidence. Crucially, a multi-agent verification module independently evaluates the draft against distinct clinical validation vectors. A hallucination detection module localizes unreliable claims, which a selective reconstruction module corrects using the retrieved evidence while preserving validated text. Finally, a confidence arbitration module resolves agent conflicts to compute an overall reliability score, and a risk-adaptive response module applies dynamic safety guardrails based on risk categories before delivering the finalized response via a delivery interface.
