The preprocessing module performs data cleaning, normalization, and transformation to convert raw documents into structured and machine-readable formats.The core component of the system is an Al-driven query processing engine that enables users to perform searches using natural language inputs. The system interprets user intent through NLP techniques such as tokenization, named entity recognition, and semantic analysis, thereby providing context-aware and highly relevant results instead of relying solely on keyword-based matching.
