Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure relate to a first network entity, the first network entity comprising: at least one memory; and at least one processor coupled with the at least one memory and configured to cause the first network entity to: receive, from a second network entity, a first request message for subscription data for a data session associated with a user equipment, UE, wherein the first request message comprises a first indication that indicates a first network slice for establishing the data session, and wherein the first request message comprises a second indication that indicates a second network slice; select, based at least in part on the first indication and the second indication, subscription data for the data session, wherein the subscription data is associated with the first network slice or the second network slice; and transmit, to the second network entity, a first response message comprising the subscription data.
