The application for the patent was published on June 12, 2026, under issue no. 24/2026.
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a retrofittable system (100) for energy harvesting and AI guided strength training in exercise equipment (102). The system (100) includes an energy harvesting unit (104) mechanically coupled to host equipment that converts mechanical workout motion into electrical energy. The energy is stored in a power storage unit (110) via a load modulating circuit. A sensor module (112) positioned on the exercise machine captures real time biomechanical parameters such as force, repetition count, range of motion, and exercise posture characteristics. A control unit (106) processes sensor data to detect exercise phases, compute biomechanical metrics, and generate injury risk scores. The processor dynamically modulates generator loading to optimize energy capture while maintaining safe resistance. Personalized training recommendations, corrective guidance, and safety alerts are displayed on a user interface (114) and transmitted wirelessly to a user device (122) for progress tracking and extended analytics.
