Abstract: The invention is a rewinding assembly (1) for a system (900) that performs operations on a web (500). The rewinding assembly (1) comprises: i) a mandrel group (2) suitable for housing a reel of processed web (500), wherein the mandrel group (2) extends with respect to a rewinding axis (R-R) and comprises a mandrel shaft (20) that can be driven in rotation for rewinding the web (500); ii) an arm group (3) comprising an arm (30) extending in the radial direction with respect to the rewinding axis (R-R) and a roller (35) positioned at the end of the arm (30), wherein the web (500) is unwound from said roller (35) towards the reel; a connection group (4) suitable for connecting the mandrel shaft (20) to the arm ( 30 ). The connection group (4) is suitable for driving the mandrel shaft (20) in rotation and is engaged with the arm (30) so that the arm (30) is movable in an angular direction as the rotary action on the mandrel shaft (20) varies. The connection group (4) comprises a clutch device (49) engaged, by means of a friction action, with the mandrel shaft (20) and suitable for varying said friction action as the rotation speed of the mandrel shaft (20) varies and, as said friction action varies, is suitable for varying the angular position of the arm (30) between an initial position and a varied angular position so as to vary the path of the web (500) unwinding from the roller (35).
