Abstract: ABSTRACT Rose Petals-Inspired Self-Assembled TMD Nanostructures-Based Novel Non-Invasive Sweat pH Monitoring Device Investigation of the sweat pH level is an important indicator that provides valuable observations into human health, hydration status, fitness tracking, early-stage diagnosis of various chronic diseases. The present invention relates to a non-invasive sweat pH based monitoring device based on unique rose petal morphology and self-assembled transition metal diachalcogenide Nano sheets. Device comprises of silicon substrate, hexagonal boron nitride dielectric layer, aluminium source, drain electrode, TMD based sensing channel. Device operates in two terminal configurations and monitor sweat pH through modulation of electric current resulting from protonation and deprotonation interaction at sensing surface. The device is configured to monitor sweat pH 1 to pH 12, which exhibit rapid electrical response and repeatable performance. The fabrication process of device includes preparation of TMD Nano sheet, deposition of hBN dielectric layer, formation of electrode and deposition of sensing channel. Device is suitable for integration into wearable and portable health monitoring systems
