Abstract: A saliva-based diagnostic device, comprises of a housing 101 having a plurality of disposable saliva collection tubes 103 to collect and store samples, an articulated linkage 105 with a compliant gripper 106 on a dedicated storage chamber 104 to handle and position the disposable saliva collection tubes 103, a saliva testing compartment 108 with a sampling plate 109 and microfluidic channel 111 arranged within the housing 101 to process and deliver samples for biomarker analysis, a telescopic arm 114 with an intraoral camera 115 and LED illumination source 116 on housing 101 to scan oral conditions, an interactive display panel 117 with an OCR sensor 118 installed on housing 101 to provide guidance and interpret inputs, a sensor suite 110 attached to sampling plate 109 to detect biomarkers and monitor diagnostic parameters.
