Abstract: Border moulding using low-fusing impression compound (green stick) is a critical step in complete denture fabrication. The conventional technique involves repeated heating of the compound using an open flame or spirit lamp, followed by manual application. This method is technique-sensitive, time-consuming, inconsistent in temperature control, and associated with risks such as mucosal burns, material distortion, and patient discomfort. To overcome these limitations, a Temperature- Controlled Smart Dental Material Dispensing Gun is designed. The device enables controlled heating and dispensing of thermoplastic dental — materials such as green stickimpression compoundrstickywax, and dental adhesive glue using interchangeable cartridges. The invention incorporates real-time temperature regulation to maintain each material within a safe and optimal working range. This system improves clinical accuracy, operator efficiency, patient safety, and comfort during border moulding and other chairside dental procedures
