Abstract: A sandwich holding assistive device, comprising an elongated rod 101 having a cushioned padding 102 for enabling a user to acquire a grip, a rectangular plate 103 by a pivot joint 104 for placing a sandwich on the plate 103, a clipper 105 attached on the plate 103 by a hinge 106 for gripping one side of the sandwich, a motorized clamp 107 disposed on a sliding unit 108 for a gripping of an opposite end of the sandwich, a pair of L-shaped telescopic arms 110 by ball and socket joints 111 having a rectangular flap 112 at an end of the arm for preventing a falling out of fillings of the sandwich while eating, an odor sensor detects a foul odor from the sandwich and a speaker 114 provided on the rod 101 to generate an audio alert for the user regarding a spoilt sandwich.
