Abstract: Satellite–6G Integrated Intelligent Communication System for Real-Time National Emergency Connectivity and Remote Public Services ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a Satellite–6G Integrated Intelligent Communication System for Real-Time National Emergency Connectivity and Remote Public Services. The system integrates satellite communication infrastructure, sixth-generation (6G) wireless communication technologies, intelligent network management, and adaptive connectivity mechanisms to provide reliable communication services across geographically isolated, disaster-affected, and network-constrained regions. The system comprises a satellite communication interface, a 6G terrestrial network interface, an intelligent connectivity management module, an emergency prioritization module, a network resource allocation module, a secure data transmission module, and a remote public service interface. The intelligent connectivity management module evaluates network availability, signal quality, traffic demand, geographical conditions, and emergency severity to select suitable communication paths and dynamically allocate available network resources. During natural disasters, infrastructure failures, or communication outages, the system facilitates adaptive switching between satellite and terrestrial communication links to maintain service continuity. The emergency prioritization module assigns communication priority to critical alerts, rescue coordination messages, healthcare communications, and public safety information. The remote public service interface supports access to telemedicine, emergency notifications, digital governance, educational services, and other essential public services in underserved areas. Security mechanisms support user authentication, data protection, and controlled access to sensitive information. The proposed system aims to improve communication resilience, network resource utilization, service accessibility, and emergency response coordination through intelligent integration of satellite and 6G communication technologies. The invention is applicable to disaster management, remote healthcare, rural connectivity, public safety, and national digital infrastructure.
