This mobile application enables schools to send instant notices, schedule Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs), and track attendance confirmations digitally. Teachers can create PTM events, send invitations, and engage in chat-based discussions with parents. Parents, on the other hand, can receive real-time notifications, confirm attendance, and stay updated on their child’s academic progress and school events. The app offers distinct login portals for teachers, parents, and students, ensuring role-based access and interaction. Its user-friendly interface and smart notification system promote transparency, accountability, and ease of use. By reducing paperwork and communication delays, the app significantly contributes to building stronger school-home partnerships and improving overall student development. This project reflects a move toward digital transformation in school communication, making educational collaboration more accessible, responsive, and efficient.
