Abstract: The present invention discloses a comprehensive, integrated digital health assistant and medication adherence system designed to address the fragmentation of preliminary healthcare management and treatment non-adherence. Operating within a unified client-server architecture, the platform features a lightweight, web-based clinical frontend interface constructed utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This interface allows users to input physiological indicators from a curated database of over fifty common symptoms. A robust Python-based RESTful API backend algorithmic engine processes these inputs, querying a custom server-side relational database to dynamically correlate the selected symptoms with appropriate pharmacological relief options and specific pediatric dosages. To ensure stringent user safety and clinical compliance, all generated health suggestions are exclusively displayed alongside mandatory medical disclaimers advising professional consultation. Furthermore, the system incorporates an automated medication adherence module seamlessly integrated with a third-party messaging infrastructure. This module accepts comprehensive, physician-prescribed medication schedules, including precise chronological and dietary administration instructions. It executes strict dual-alert protocol by actively tracking schedules and dispatching automated reminder notifications exactly sixty minutes and fifteen minutes prior to scheduled dosages. The backend concurrently monitors notification delivery statuses to track, alert, and report missed medication doses, thereby optimizing overall treatment efficacy and providing a holistic digital healthcare monitoring solution without requiring native application installation.
