Abstract: The method for manufacturing a secondary battery according to various embodiments may comprise the steps of: preparing at least one pouch sheet having a masking tape attached thereto; placing an electrode assembly inside a battery case formed by overlapping the at least one pouch sheet; injecting an electrolyte into the battery case and sealing the edge of the battery case; performing formation with regard to the secondary battery; cutting a partial region of the battery case, removing the masking tape, and degassing same; and resealing the region corresponding to the removed masking tape. Other additional embodiments are possible.
