Abstract: The invention relates to a secure system for masking recipient and sender address details in e-commerce logistics using encrypted QR codes. Traditional shipping labels reveal full addresses, phone numbers, and origin details, exposing sensitive personal information during and after delivery. The present invention replaces printed address information with encrypted QR tokens generated at order creation and decrypted only by authenticated delivery personnel during last-mile operations. The system comprises an integrated architecture including an Order Management System (OMS), Warehouse Management System (WMS), Courier Routing Management System (RMS), and a secure mobile scanning application. Recipient and sender data are encrypted using payload tokens, and only masked elements (name, PIN code, city) are printed on the label. The full address remains hidden until the final delivery scan. Optional modules include AI-based delivery clustering, fraud-check API, return-label automation, and privacy-layer controls for courier access. This invention provides a universal, platform-agnostic, highly secure address-masking protocol designed to eliminate post-delivery privacy leakage, reduce data misuse, and enhance customer data protection in e-commerce and logistics workflows.
