Abstract: SecureWave Smart Document Tracker is an intelligent system designed to protect, monitor, and locate important physical documents such as certificates, passports, office files, and confidential records. In homes and organizations, documents are frequently misplaced, forgotten, or accidentally taken because traditional storage methods provide no active monitoring. This results in wasted time, stress, and sometimes serious consequences when valuable papers are lost. The proposed system introduces a compact electronic tracking tag that can be attached to a file or folder without damaging it. The tag communicates wirelessly with a mobile application using Bluetooth or Wi-Fi technology. The application continuously monitors the connection strength between the phone and the tagged document. When the document moves beyond a predefined safe distance, the system instantly sends an alert notification to the user. This early warning helps prevent loss or theft. The device also includes a buzzer feature that can be activated from the mobile application to help locate the document nearby. Additionally, the application can store the last detected location and movement history, improving document accountability in offices and institutions. The low-power design allows the tracker to operate for long durations on a small rechargeable battery. SecureWave provides a simple, affordable, and portable solution for document security. It reduces manual searching, improves safety of sensitive records, and ensures better management of physical files. The system is suitable for homes, schools, offices, banks, and government organizations where protecting important documents is essential
