Abstract: A secured miniature circuit breaker panel management system, comprising a control unit operatively linked with a plurality of MCBs (miniature circuit breakers) 101 of a MCB panel 102, a hardware security module (HSM) securely stores cryptographic keys, verify digital command signatures, and detect tampering in an assembly line, a command authentication engine validates MCB 101 control instructions, an artificial intelligence-based behavioural analysis engine monitors command patterns, execution timing, and source characteristics to distinguish legitimate operator commands from potential cyber intrusion attempts, an electromechanical actuator assembly physically manipulates an associated MCB 101 independently of electronic control signals, a circuit prioritization matrix categorizes circuits into hierarchical criticality tiers and implement selective circuit isolation, a health monitoring module monitors thermal characteristics, vibration signatures, current waveforms, and contact resistance values to detect degradation and predict failures, and a communication interface maintains monitoring and control capability during network compromise of the assembly line.
