MUMBAI, India, July 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641058139 A) filed by Navaneethan. M; and Dr. M Maranco on May 07, 2026, for Securing And Anomaly Detection System For Industrial Data.

Inventors include Navaneethan. M; and Dr. M Maranco.

The application for the patent was published on July 10, 2026, under issue no. 28/2026.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a data encryption system integrated with a machine learningbased network intrusion detection system specifically designed for industrial communication protocols and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). The proposed system utilizes a hybrid approach, employing a Random Forest classification algorithm for identifying multi-class attacks and an Isolation Forest model to boost the detection of zero-day or unseen anomalies. To ensure secure transmission of sensitive industrial data, the framework executes authenticated encryption utilizing AES-128-GCM coupled with integrity checks via HMAC- SHA256. The architecture manages heterogeneous network traffic features through a structured preprocessing pipeline and operates in real-time via a web-based interface that enables hve packet monitoring, simulated attack evaluations, and immediate alert generation.
